shipping + return policies
all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
returns + exchanges:
we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
to start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
damages + issues:
due to the natural formation of crystals, each unique stone may vary in size, shape and color tone from the photos listed.
please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
refunds on merchandise:
we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
refunds on events:
event ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. however, if the event is cancelled or postponed by elevari, you’ll be issued a credit for a future event of your choosing.
